To make healthcare more convenient, Healthaid Hospital has launched an online platform allowing patients to book appointments with any of our specialist doctors, receive SMS confirmations and serial numbers, and securely access their diagnostic reports using their Patient ID and phone number. This initiative is part of our ongoing digital transformation to reduce waiting times and improve the patient experience.
